I've definitely noiced higher prices for no difference in quality too.

Thanks for your comment :) xLaurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11471062816856093838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2286454829590246461.post-16608645145280114102011-07-21T20:31:05.016+01:002011-07-21T20:31:05.016+01:00Personally I expect my clothes to last longer than...Personally I expect my clothes to last longer than a year - I don't have the spare cash to replace my wardrobe that often! I think Primark can be pretty decent but you have to be fussy about what you buy from there as a *lot* of it is cheap, nasty tat. Mind you, most shops seem to hiking up prices and reducing the quality of their construction and fabric at the moment so I don't single Primark out in particular for this.Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11337968500120821387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2286454829590246461.post-66156789760429536702011-07-21T19:50:58.866+01:002011-07-21T19:50:58.866+01:00I've noticed this too, and at the moment I'...I've noticed this too, and at the moment I'm really not liking any of their collections, but sometimes you hit on a gem that just lasts ages!

I find real vintage difficult, because it usually comes up quite small, and alas I am not small. I want to get more into ebay, and I think when I have a bit more money I might try looking for things there. I want to shop in charity shops, Jen (A Little Bird Told Me) put together a list of vintage and charity shops in Leeds which I really want to check out soon!xLaurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11471062816856093838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2286454829590246461.post-43373900183078315382011-07-21T19:04:34.430+01:002011-07-21T19:04:34.430+01:00I do love Primark, most of the pieces are pretty g...I do love Primark, most of the pieces are pretty good quality - and so I think it can be really good value for money. The only gripe I have is that the prices seem to going up and up, for no real noticable change in quality. Nowadays I'm more likely to buy "vintage" pieces (charity shops/ebay/vintage shops) that are similar priced, but more original and usually better quality.

Rosie xx
Just ListenRosie Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04382990120720541344noreply@blogger.com
